Your Y membership includes access to any Group Ex class that is happening LIVE (look for “BROADCASTING LIVE 🎥”) and select “Virtual Content Available” to be rerouted to Zoom. Your membership also includes our member-only FREE ON DEMAND library, simply visit Your Virtual Y to see over 100 different Group Ex classes to take at any time, anywhere. To access Your Virtual Y classes, you’ll need to have set up your online member account.

A focus on functional core strength within compound moves. This will be a full body work out, with exercises that involve balancing, torso rotation and alternating between right and left sides of your body. This will be in the training zone, using the TRX bands, bosu balls and medicine throw balls as well as other more familiar equipment.
