Water Wellness
Water Wellness includes recreational exercise in the pool led by an instructor. Participation in Water Wellness programs and classes may help achieve the following physical goals: reduce pain and stiffness, restore or maintain joint range of motion, maintain or increase muscle strength, improve balance and coordination, decrease fatigue, increase endurance, and improve overall perceived health status.
If a participant chooses to withdraw from a program for specified/unspecified reasons, a prorated credit may be issued if approved by the Program Director. Notice must be given at the time of withdrawal from the program.
Aquacize
Aquacize– the original water workout that started it all!! An intermediate level class that uses the resistance of the water for muscle toning and strengthening. A nonstop workout for a great cardiovascular challenge. Swimming skills are not necessary.

Aqua Pilates
Aqua Pilates uses positive mood lifting music with expert instruction to guide your workout! Exercise techniques improve flexibility, balance, strengthen and tone the whole body. Reduce stress, release muscle tension with pilates mind-body methodology. Part of this class is conducted in deep water; swimming skills are not required.

Aqua Tabata
Aqua Tabata– Ultimate Cardio Challenge!!! Fun & fast-paced water aerobic interval workout. Core conditioning, water jogging and intense tabata drills in deep and shallow water.

Deep Water Fitness utilizes the buoyant qualities of water to enhance your work out without putting stress or strain on your joints. Enjoy low-impact exercise while using water resistance to increase physical strength and endurance.

H.A.R.T. (Hydro Aerobic Rigorous Training)

Water Therapy
Water Therapy is a low-impact class for anyone who wants to exercise gently in an aquatic environment. The soothing buoyancy and hydro-static pressure of water make this program ideal for relieving pain, stiffness and fatigue. The water provides gentle resistance to build strength, balance and flexibility.
Although water programs are recreational exercise programs and are not designed to address specific therapeutic problems, the programs may help achieve the following physical goals:
- Reduce pain and stiffness
- Restore or maintain joint range of motion
- Maintain or increase muscle strength
- Improve balance and coordination
- Decrease fatigue and increase endurance
