Parkour
A dynamic program for all children where participants will learn to vault, flip, and climb over obstacles. Learn to safely and creatively maneuver through any environment. Kids will develop and train their body and mind to overcome obstacles with speed, agility and efficiency.

Beginner & Intermediate Parkour
Jump, climb, run, and fly! In this high-energy class, kids learn safe ways to run up walls, leap off trampolines, and try their first flips. USAG-certified instructors guide each athlete, and after the first class, students are grouped by skill level for safe, fun progression.
Sundays 11:00–11:55 am | Ratio 8:1
Bring sneakers for the Warp Wall & climbing apparatus. Gymnasts wait in the hallway until a coach comes to get them.
