Beginner

Brand new to parkour? No problem! Beginner classes are for kids who are new to the idea of creatively getting from one point to another. Kids get to run, bounce, swing, and roll around the gym. This is an energized, playful class for kids who just want to have fun.

Intermediate

This class is for more experienced athletes and includes some strength training as skills become more challenging. Here’s your chance to learn to flip, climb, and connect skills for a more fluid movement around the gym. Participants will use trampolines, climb/swing on ropes and bars, and master the Warp Wall just like a Ninja Warrior.
