Youth Sports & Fitness
GET IN THE GAME!
Youth Sports at the Y provide a safe, clean, and fun environment so your family can get back to enjoying the activities you love.
Children will be given opportunities for camaraderie, building skills and character development. We aim to keep kids moving and focus on their health and well-being!
If a participant chooses to withdraw from a program for specified/unspecified reasons, a prorated credit may be issued if approved by the Program Director. Notice must be given at the time of withdrawal from the program.
Flag Football Ages 7-13
Join us for some flag football fun at the Y! Never played before? No worries our staff will take the time to teach the rules and drill skills to assist in your kid being successful.
If this program shows high interest there is the potential for a Flag Football league in the future.

Valley Blue Sox Youth Baseball Clinic
The Valley Blue Sox are coming to Franklin County!
Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22 the Valley Blue Sox are hosting a two-day youth baseball clinic for Franklin County’s players! From 9am-12pm. Open to all children, ages 6-13. Clinic will take place at Lunt Field (27 Kenwood Street).
Admission: $60 for non members, $50 for Y members!
All Youth Clinic participants will receive two complimentary tickets to the Valley Blue Sox “Clinic Night” held Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Mackenzie Stadium. All clinic attendees also receive Blue Sox merchandise!
