COST (for up to 50 people)
$250 for Members / $375 for Non Members

A-LA-CARTE FEES (to be added after registration)
Pool –  $60 per lifeguard (1 lifeguard required per 25 swimmers)
Inflatable obstacle course – $40 per attendant (minimum 2)
Tube slide / Gaga Ball – $40 per attendant (minimum 1)

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Two hours of play on our beautiful 33-acre property in Shelburne. Included with your party is use of the Blackstone, picnic tables, kitchen, bathhouse and pavilion areas for birthday presents, food, and fun. With additional options for use of our bounce house, tube slide, gaga ball, and the pool.

BIRTHDAY PARTY RULES
1. Parties are for children 4 years of age and older for up to 50 party-goers.
2. You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set up your party area. You will be responsible for providing the decorations and utensils (tablecloths, balloons, goody bags, forks, napkins, etc.)
3. A staff member will greet you in the parking lot.
4. Cleanup must be completed at the end of the party. All trash is to be disposed of in the onsite dumpster.
5. Parents are responsible for providing child supervision in all areas at all times.

Includes:

• 60 minutes of open play in the Gymnastics Center

• 60 minutes in a private party room for food, cake, and presents

🔵 Interactive Party (with instruction)

$400 for Members / $575 for Non-Members
Want a more structured experience? Let our expert instructors lead the way!

Includes:

• 60-minute guided class (Gymnastics or Ninja style) with two instructors

• Focus on favorite events or try the entire gym—including the Warp Wall!

• Tables & chairs included

🎁 Add-Ons:

• Additional party-goers may incur a small fee based on group size

• Extra instructor fee may apply for larger groups

📝 Important Info & Rules:

• Parties are for kids ages 6 months to 14 years (up to 25 children)

• You may arrive 15 minutes early to set up (no earlier, please!)

• Bring your own decorations, utensils, and party supplies

• Cleanup is required at the end of your party

• Kids must wear comfortable, zipper-free clothing and have bare feet or socks

• Parents must supervise children at all times

• No food or drinks allowed in the Gymnastics Center

• Water only permitted inside the gym area

A Birthday Party Host will be provided during all pool parties to help guide and assist your party and ensure YMCA policies and procedures are being followed.

Birthday Party Rules

• You are responsible for providing the decorations and utensils for the party room (tablecloths, balloons, goody bags, utencils, napkins, etc.)
• At the end of the party, you are responsible for cleaning up the room. All trash is to be disposed of in the barrels provided.
• No food or drink is allowed in the pool area. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Parents are responsible for providing child supervision in all areas.
• All children 13 years of age and younger will be swim tested before entering the pool. Non-swimmers, weak swimmers and any child who does not wish to be tested will be required to wear a life jacket. Non-swimmers and weak swimmers, 13 and younger, require an adult within arm’s reach in the water. We have a limited number of life jackets available. You may also bring your own personal lifejacket.
• An adult is required to be in the water for each child attending a pool party who are 8 years and under.
• Any child attending a pool party who is not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
• All must cooperate with the lifeguards on all policies and procedures when in the pool area.

 CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Total payment must be made at time of registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.  If the YMCA cancels due to power outage, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule. If we cannot reschedule, a refund will be given to the person who registered.
