Party in the Gymnastics Center and have it your way! Let us know if you want it set up for gymnastics fun, or if your party animals are more into running through an obstacle course or trying out some Ninja Warrior moves. Our parties are designed for free play, with organized games and/or skill instruction at personal request at time of booking.

Perfect for children ages 6 months – 14 years with up to 25 party-goers.

60 minutes of play in our Gymnastics Center followed by 60 minutes in a party room for presents/cake/etc.

BIRTHDAY PARTY RULES
1. Gymnastics Parties are for children 6 months of age and older for up to 25 party-goers.
2. You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the party start time to set up in the Party Room. You will not be allowed in the Party Room more than 30 minutes before your party starts. You will be responsible for providing the decorations and utensils for the party room (tablecloths, balloons, goody bags, forks, napkins, etc.)
3. A staff member will let you into the building
4. Cleanup must be completed at the end of the party. All trash is to be disposed of in the barrels provided.
5. Children should have bare feet (or socks), comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and does not have zippers or metal buttons on the front, and long hair should be tied back.
6. Parents are responsible for providing child supervision in all areas.

Parties are scheduled by request on a to be determined basis. Email Dave at [email protected] to register for an Inflatable Obstacle Course / Gym party. All parties are in the gym for the full two hours, including time for cake and presents.

A Birthday Party Host will be provided during all pool parties to help guide and assist your party and ensure YMCA policies and procedures are being followed.

Birthday Party Rules

• You are responsible for providing the decorations and utensils for the party room (table clothes, balloons, goody bags, forks, napkins, etc.)
• At the end of the party, you are responsible to clean up the room. All trash is to be disposed of in the barrels provided.
• No food or drink is allowed in the pool area. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Parents are responsible for providing child supervision in all areas.
• All children 13 years of age and younger will be swim tested before entering the pool. Non-swimmers, weak swimmers and any child who does not wish to be tested will be required to wear a life jacket. Non-swimmers and weak swimmers, 13 and younger, require an adult within arm’s reach in the water. We have a limited number of lifejackets available. You may also bring your own personal lifejacket.
• An adult is required to be in the water for each child attending a pool party who are 6 years and under.
• Any child attending a pool party who is not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
• All must cooperate with the lifeguards on all policies and procedures when in the pool area.

 CANCELLATION INFORMATION: Total payment must be made at time of registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.  If the YMCA cancels due to power outage, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule. If we cannot reschedule, a refund will be given to the person who registered.
