Our Y is more than just a gym—it’s a community where everyone is welcome and everyone belongs. Join us during our Homecoming Open House and experience what makes the Y special. Good things come to those who join, and there’s no better time to be part of your Y. Visit the Welcome Center to get started! Guests will need to fill out a waiver and pre REGISTER for instructor-led classes at the Welcome Center.

Start a Y membership during our Homecoming week and we’ll waive the $25 joiner’s fee. Join one of our dedicated facility tours and receive a day pass to use the Y. If you’d like to schedule a time not listed, give us a call at 413-773-3646 ext 0. Plus, enjoy door prizes and raffles when you visit the Y from October 5th to 11th.

• Free Pool Classes to Try!
Water classes may reduce pain and stiffness, restore or maintain joint range of motion, maintain or increase muscle strength, and so much more. Click here for descriptions of classes.
Ab Blast!   9:40-10:10 am
Water Therapy!   10:15-11 am
Aqua Arthritis!   2:30-3:15 pm

• Youth Open Basketball    5-6:30pm
Kids under 13 and families are invited to play together.

• Are You Ready to Be a Lifeguard?   6:15-7pm
Lifeguards are in high demand. Do you have what it takes to become a guard? See what it takes to save lives during this info session. Get in the pool and test the waters. Open to all in the community 15+. For more info, email Lisa.

• Family Games Night    6:30-7:30pm
A fun evening of structured games for the whole family, including dodgeball, tag, and more.

• Intro To Boxing    5-6 pm 
A beginner’s boxing class to improve fitness and learn self-defense.
