Healthy Kids Day is where fun and play become lifelong memories. Join FCY and many local businesses and organizations for a day of healthy, fun activities that celebrate kids and families!
Bring your family and friends to Healthy Kids Day at the Y and celebrate all the ways our Y helps build healthy, resilient kids. Open to all in our community!

Healthy Kids Day is the national Ys initiative to improve the health and well-being of children. Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out, and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. That’s why we hold Healthy Kids Day for the entire community.
