Healthy Kids Day is the national Ys initiative to improve the health and well-being of children. Summer is the time for kids to get up, get out, and grow. But for some kids, exposure to activities that stimulate the body and mind ends with the school year. That’s why we hold Healthy Kids Day for the entire community.
Bring your family and friends to Healthy Kids Day at the Y and celebrate all the ways our Y helps build healthy, resilient kids.
We are excited to see you and your family for our largest family-friendly event of the year!
